Payment Terms
- Full payment is required in advance for online sessions.
- For offline sessions, advance/token booking is required.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed once, only if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to inform within 24 hours will result in loss of booking amount.
No-Show Policy
- If a client does not attend the session or arrives significantly late, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once a consultation, workshop, or digital product has been delivered.
- Refunds are only applicable in case of duplicate/mistaken payments.
- Such cases must be reported within 7 days.
