Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required in advance for online sessions.
  • For offline sessions, advance/token booking is required.
  • Booking is confirmed only after payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, only if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Failure to inform within 24 hours will result in loss of booking amount.

No-Show Policy

  • If a client does not attend the session or arrives significantly late, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a consultation, workshop, or digital product has been delivered.
  • Refunds are only applicable in case of duplicate/mistaken payments.
  • Such cases must be reported within 7 days.
